Is it possible to do same thing for debit card? Without Account number. Just by debit card’s number can someone send money?

From ATM you can do a Debit Card Transfer by providing a beneficiary debit card number
This works only for the same banks
In SBI they used to give a remittance card. I think in SBI branches you can send money via our debit card.
