I have 1 hdfc account it has huge negative balance from long time. Tried to open another account online today. completed all the process at the end it’s shown “Congratulations. One of our executive will call you to sign the documents”
want to know anyone here have 2 HDFC accounts..?

they will freeze ur balance as soon as your account credited, happened with me in kotak bank, they will deduct their charge and rest money u can use.

2nd account was opened special Gold. Took choice account number by giving 5Lac cheque ..everything done manually
3rd account Salary Account. Opened online.
all account tagged to same branch and active..Debit card combination to optimise cashback as per my spending

i am having 4 accounts ,opened around in 2016-17. 2 savings,1 salary account and 1 Savings Max account. two years back my RM upgraded to classic banking , from then Zero balance maintaining in all the accounts😄

They can do whatever they want (account number could be more than 1) as long as Customer ID of all the accounts for same pan card is only one. As limitation of a bank for a pan card is with customer ID. Customer ID should be same for one person (RBI rule).
