First place a replacement request with your reasons, you will get a replacement product. Then again place a return request, this time you will get refund options instead of replacement. Call Customer support instead of Chatting in app.

Can we return replacement only product on Flipkart and get the refund?

Hi Dimers,
I had bought Realme Robot mop from Flipkart which I got day before yesterday. We checked the functioning and overall product. But the mopping is very bad, it is not even able to remove small stains from floor.
My wife didn’t like the product at all.
Now problem is its a replacement only product. Is there any way we can return and get refund for the same?? Help is appreciated..

Well tbf it’s an issue with a lot of people these days! They buy things to try them out & when they don’t like it just return them for dubious reasons
This is especially true for lots of DD users who’ll basically buy anything that’s cheap
This is why e-waste is exploding in India as well, a lot of the returned products cannot be sold though because they might be damaged → which is a separate issue in & of itself.
And when you point such obvious things the typical response is → it’s my money & my way (of life) so take a hike mike
Basically with so much money life has become cheap & (natural) resources even cheaper 😒

Online shopping cannot be completed within return/replacement policies. If the return policy is scrapped people will not buy anything online. And did I abuse in my reply? I can also abuse but I don’t want to stoop to your low level.

There is no return policy for the product you brought and you purchased it knowing it and not doing your research before buying the product is your mistake,
Even the description of the product in the original post is wrong it’s not a ‘Realme Robot mop’ it’s a Robot VACCUM and they do vacuum exceptionally well.
Sorry, but You are not entitled to a return here, No one will let you return an electronic item just because you DID NOT LIKE it.
If you get a return then good for you but I will not blame Flipkart (as much as I hate dealing with them) if they refuse the return.

Had to take lot of trouble to convince them for replacement

In my case, I received a damaged laptop and I had to deal with flipkart for a month to get it replaced. They first asked me to contact Acer, the engineer came and suggested getting it replaced as repair will take time due to parts availability he even gave me a receipt saying the same which Flipkart asked to mail. Then flipkart started saying the engg was not sent by them so they will send from their side which never happened. Had to call them for a month.
At last, I had to ask them to give me in writing that how long it has been since I first contacted them with my issue and send over all the call and chat transcriptions via email. They send the replacement the next day without any engineer visit.
It was in 2017 and I have never ordered anything above 10k with them ever since even if the item is on sale on flipkart.
I Hate Flipkart support with all my heart, their support is like a bunch of kids whose mother makes them sit with the guest so that they can finish off their work while the kid entertains the guests.

I had ordered a hawkins pressure cooker of 5L @ 1600 in bbd after applied coupons & bank discount. But got cooker of 3L when i contacted to cc they said only refund option available jabki product pe only 7 days replacement policy thi
Finally contacted through twitter & got replacement 🙂

Flipkart’s algorithms are written by idiots. Once your account is banned or you’re stuck for silly reason, no one will help you.

I am having the opposite issue; want a replacement of shoe that I bought during bbd with one size larger, but looks like they only support return, but now the price of that product has increased, so returning and buying again will cost me
Any way to get a replacement for a different size, rather than returning and then ordering a new one

Only one way wait for someday and check regular within return policy
If the required size product is available to your pin code you can place a replacement
select proper reason like color different/size small or larger

Thanks, got it done via customer care after requesting for the second time (first cc was just rude and directly said no replacement XD); Not sure why it wasn’t showing me a replacement option on website/app, even though the larger size was available for my address @goss8877
