cancel netmeds order

how to cancel order from netmeds? ordered few products which were needed urgently.selected telephonic consultation but no one called. when we call their customer support which is only available till 5pm they say that we will receive call but no one is calling from past 5 days. no one reply on mail not even escalation mail shared by "@Mayavi":https://www.desidime.com/users/...02 paji . cancel button is not working on website. someone said to try in app. if cancel button works then will they refund in card or in their wallet. people have poor experience with refunds from reliance so asking.

1 thing is similar in all reliance sites, the customer care is pathetic.

Connect with their Twitter support… 3-4 months back I faced similar kind of problem… Got a call next day after connecting with them in Twitter…
Refund was to the source system back then…
Note :: No idea bulb about current situation… 🙂

drop a mail to support

[email protected]

ask refund to source (if you already paid)…do mention this as they prefer to credit netmeds account.

in case you get a call..ask the person to cancel/reject the order.

twitter might be faster…but sometimes things gets lost over their.

Friends no response from them. sent them 10 mails. no response on twitter also. credit card company said that they will accept chargeback request on monday and said to keep mail copies saved @Mayavi @Sudarshan61 @Himanshu1234567 @Ash-D

when did you email? 

they usually reply after a day.
