Cancellation of neu coins after crediting it for LEAGUE CONTEST

I was having close to 13k neu coins now it has been reduced to less than 3k stating that i violated their terms and conditions what to do because no offers have been working for me and they have literally stopped me to purchase any electronic items from them for past 3 years now the coins have been gone should I go to consumer court for this please advise thank u in advance

They had That league contest there i got around 9k points others are old points and from credit card spends

Try mailing them and ask the reason for cancellation. There are many complaints in twitter and few have mentioned that it was restored after mailing them for reason.
I had nearly 15k coins and utilized it at Tanishq at the start of the month. Never keep more than 3k coins for long, have been following this for past 18 months and it has served me well.

What did you do to get those coins spend 3 lakh or how?
