Update 07 Sep 2022: Do not apply for canara bank rupay platinum debit card now as waiting period to get the card is at least 4-5 months so no point as one needs 3 months just to recover annual charge of around 300(250+gst) & there is no guarantee amazon offer will extend beyond 31st March 2023.

Is the online account opening portal working? Diya app also not found in play Store..
Pardon for my words, but majority of people working in customer service department of govt banks are animals and that too without brain. So never ever believe any animal’s word in a bank.
Most of the dimers, including myself has more than 1 add-on cards. Applied via online link (without any animal intervention)..
Use below link to apply canera add-on cards. Waiting period 30 days for next add-on card application. Charges ~286rs per card.

just an update for Canara bank RuPay Platinum debit card holder -
if your mobile number is not linked to your debit card then try after few hours, mobile number will automatically added to your debit card and you will receive OTP
It’s one week yet mobile number not updated in one DC on payment page not showing any mobile number bank employee not helping no reply from email nor on toll free helpline
@abhishek012 any pointers on how to disable the sms charges ..? Other than visiting branch..
I was charged 18 rs under " sms charges new"
Done my kyc recently , not sure if thats the reason for these charges

I see you guys having lot of rupay platinum cards but the point is , this offer is till 1 year and to Add money in amazon Full KYC is required after 18 months (may be u guys might have some months left to complete full KYC )
but how are you managing ?
recently my amazon account started giving me error while adding money that i need to complete FULL ADHAAR KYC , so iam shocked how will i complete kyc of my
amazon accounts in which i want to use with offer , bcoz with one adhar i can do kyc of one account only ,, what about other amazon accounts . 
I have already two savings account with canera bank. One is old syndicate account. . Other accounts are also full kyc . I only opened fincare bank account for rupay offers
Offline Aadhaar KYC can be done by multiple times for different accounts in same Bank
To apply for addon after 30 days again showing gap of 30 days required.

Not allowing to apply another card even after completion of 30 days
applied on 28th may. again successfully applied om 29th June. No issues

We get 1200 rs saving if we add 500 rs balance every month…
727(1200-473) is the saving we make after spending 6000 rs (12% saving)
if taken in mid of year saving per card is less than 500 rsthink before you apply more cards

Filled the form in bank and got the card right away. I suggest visiting branch and getting it right away than applying it online.

Received new rupay card today so now practically I am holding 6 dc but in real I have only 4 dc because of banks lazy staff and scrap software . okay let me explain in app showing 5 rupay dc received 5 and one last DC which is received actually not showing in app/nb and otp also not coming and 1 dc which is shows in app/nb is not delivered

I applied for the debit card online but no charges have been deducted till now, when do they deduct the charges ?
Today I tried to apply 4th debit card via online method (1 main card was already received for account opening, so online was 5th card in total)…But after entering otp, page gave me error as “maximum 2 cards per customer allowed online”…means we can apply maximum 3 cards only via online, even though page gave error of 2 cards maximum.

Last month applied 3rd rupay platinum card from link from post & got rejected.
Seems later it was processed today I see they added 3rd & 4th card (2 new cards) in net banking & delivered 1 card
Delivered card error “record does not exist” “unauthorized card” cannot set pin online & ATM, cannot block also 
Undelivered card can set pin online, full card number not visible
