RSA and key cover are considered different add on in insurance, how you can get key replacement in RSA?

My car keys is broken,can the same be replaced by IDFC Road Assistance program without any charges?Has anyone used the same for Key replacement?if yes how to proceed
The terms and Condition of IDFC ROad Assistance program mentions arrangement of Spare Keys but not clear how to do that and if there will be any charges for it?

Whenever car keys are replaced always inform insurance company if you want to avoid unnecessary issues during claims if any especially if you insurance from. Pvt companies.
