I am thinking to buy a new car.
My budget max upto 13-14L.
Purpose: I am being IT professional, car is only for family usage and personal trips.(City to Hometown etc..)
and below are my priorities
1) safety and build quality
2) Stylish looks and Comfort
3) luxury
As of now below came into my mind, focusing on SUV's only ,
Maruti -Breeza
Tata - Nexon, Punch
Hyundai - Creta
I am open for your suggestions on all other brands/cars.
Thanks in Advance.

+1 for Skoda Kushaq
brezza is not vfm anymore, creta base shall be featureless - it is not on your priority so it should be fine, nexon diesel is a fine product but petrol is a letdown, more so if you are considering its jerky AMT automatic, nexon diesel manual is a good option, punch is two segments below creta - make your mind first, it has a shoddy engine and is not vfm, but is otherwise a decent product.
never decide car based on some forum suggestions - the problem is they are not in your shoes. low use - petrol, high use - diesel, tier 2,3 city - maruti, hyundai, tier 1 and good service feedback - tata, mahindra, kia etc can be considered, family size - 3,4 - sub compact SUV, 5 - Compact SUV, avg family member height > 5'11'' - no subcompact suv, creta, seltos and kushaq only viable options, and so on.
also 3 more things - if it's your first car and you/your family members want to learn driving using it, buy a second hand maruti/hyundai manual (take a known mechanics help to assess condition) and learn. it pains like anything to get your new car damaged/scratched. also, you might buy an automatic so it's better to know how to operate stick shifts. sell and buy new car later - you shall avoid damaging it and make a much more informed choice.
don't buy a car in december unless you are getting a really good discount upfront, it will be a 2022 car and you shall have a lower resale value later, buy in jan.
finally, it's better to buy a lower segment fully equipped car if it has enough space for your family than a base higher segment car.
Hyundai is good.
.
Although since they are at same level I would prefer a rebaged or original offering from the Nissan-Renault camp.
(At the price point you referenced, they too might squeeze something in).
