cashback when item is returned
my cousin used 200 cashback on 1000 offer on first day before it was removed. order value is 1100. now one seller sent wrong color of a product, seller is saying that he does not have correct color in stock. item value is 280. now customer care is saying that on returning the same rs. 80 will come as refund in card as rest will be adjusted as given in cashback. they say that now they have changed refund system. please guide.

Lie while returning, by saying you got wrong item.

Same happens with me, I have paid for 1199 got 200/- cashback , here seller sent wrong quantity , so I have returned item , I have paid using upi but received refund in Amazon pay gift card balance adjusting 200/- cashback , so 1199 stuck in Amazon and nothing can be done….. Worst services by Amazon….
