Credit Card bill payment stuck , late fees getting applied. help needed

Hi my hdfc cc due was on 21st , i paid on 22nd via payzap, but i got late fees yesterday and no payment seen in transaction history also. Any help????

Payzap takes 5-7 days for CC payments avoid this use any another like cred, paytm, cheq... Etc

If its the first time, mail HDFC cc, they generally reverse for first time easily.

Update : late fee got reversed automatically and the payment i did on 22nd was showings up as 22nd only but got updated today
