Middle income trap threat already looming and backtracking on reforms is one of the first nail in the coffin.

PS 15% GDP ke liye 50% workforce ko garib he rakho.

State Agriculture Produce Marketing Committee Acts [APMC Acts] relating to marketing, storage and processing of agriculture produce need to shift to one that promotes grading, branding, packaging and development of domestic and international markets for local produce, and move towards a Single Indian Market.

Bhai maana ki isme bhi ye hi reform recommend kiya gya hai implement karne ke liye..ye hi to baat hai ki bolna sab kuch karna kuch nhi…agar correct way se ye policy implement ho to hai koi BENEFITPAR kya koi 1 policy hai aajtak jo puri 100% rules ke according follow karke execute hoti hai india me…sadly the answer is no…na farmers ko civil court jaane ka right do…aur agar kisi vivaad me authorised committe farmers ki galti nikaale to uska land seize kar lo…ye kya betuke rules hai…mere bhai REFORM BURE NAHI HOTE SIRJI UNKI EXECUTION AUR PLANNING BURI HOTI HAIKOI BHI GARIB BANDA EXTRA PROBLEMS NAHI CHAHTA BATAAU KYU KYUKI WO PEHLE SE HI HAND TO MOUTH HAIAUR AGAR KOI EXTRA PROBLEM AAYI TO VO BILKUL 0 HOJAAYEGA!

1. Reforms 1991 ke bhi they purey implement huey? Nahi but jitney huey utney ma prosperity aai? Middle class baada? A big yes.

2. Sdm court (civil justice system ka part he hai) was allowed under new laws but not higher courts as they are easily accessible without any cost. Yes, it’s problematic and should be changed and govt is read to change which is for good.

3. Further, laws are pro farmer, anti consumer and business facilitator.

The new laws promise “One Nation One Market”
BJP CM of MP openly declares that no farmer from outside the State would be allowed to sell his produce in MP. So much for reforms.
These laws are pro business houses. Not pro farmers. Their purpose is to promote corporatisation of farming at the cost of farmers.
No MSP guarantee. Foodgrans and farm produces no longer essential items. No restrictions on hoarding. Just some of the salient features.

Sir, ek bar reforms ke provisions padhiye, abolishing of licensing for business, sectors opened for business house, consumer ke liye sirf new options in market ke alawa sirf job opportunities thi. Those where Pro business too?

If earlier system isn’t working toh reform lana band kar dey? Logo ko garib rahey dey taaki 2 3 billionaire nah ban paaye? Aaj startup waley kama rahey kyuki market reform hua hai

if a farmer think it corporatisation, then sale in APMC and increase wealth of middle-men.
APMC are going to be there.
There is no force in the law that do contract farming or sale to private companies.

You should add some more data in the post.
Only Reliance stock increased to 4-5 fold since 2014?
There are many other companies stock which increased many fold.

Currently MSP is only for around 17 type of crops. State govt should also look after it. and not all States are being ruled bt BJP.

All APMC are to be abolished. And there are forces that are law in itself. Particularly in rural India.
