raise complaint to rbi ombudsman, if the card is LTF then bank can remove/correct all late payment reports from cibil

First contact citi/axis and discuss things to get clear idea about tnc (in case u are missunderstanding any).
After that, request them to remove charges and cibil correction ( dont hold any hope, cibil jo gua vo gya), maybe settlement ka offer dede (agar ltf nhi tha toh, citi ka card ltf hota nhi nhi, min spend 30k rehta hai as per my info, bahut rare logo ko ltf milta tha vo bhi kafi pehle).
If u feel they are not cooperating or in case u are not satisfied, then approach rbi ombudsman, still cibil toh bhul jao.
@creator.yt ... this is very late but first step would be clearing it out with Citibank, preferably over email because RBI Ombudsman requires you to wait for at least 30 days to lodge a complaint in case issue isn't resolved.
Post writing an email, do call them as well because they've a good support team (no idea if it's handled by Axis Bank or Citibank now) and it's a case of urgency.
P.S. Please check your statements regularly and more importantly, check every email and credit bureau reports on a monthly basis, a reminder to all the credit cardholders 😇

CIBIL :
- official CIBIL website allows you one FREE report once in a year
- OneScore app allows once a month
- Google Pay allows once a month
- Axis Bank CIBIL Corporate portal allows once a month (Sign Up | Login)
Experian :
- It's FREE, all you need to do is, message on WhatsApp at +919920035444
There could be other ways too but I follow the above mentioned ones and check CIBIL (twice in a month) and Experian (once a month and as required).
Hope it helps!
