Thats Normal.
My 2 cents:
If you have Laptop which uses type c charging (like lenovo thinkpad, Macbook etc) you can use it for fast charging. Type c charging in laptop uses USB pd charging, which is used in Samsung Mobiles as well. (USB PD is a fast charging mechanism introduced by USB promoters, so its backward compatible https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB_Power_De...ry )
And when you are not using laptop, u can use existing adapters which are available at ur home like 5v 2a adapter which used to comes with xiaomi phones.
If you don't want to deals with all these hacks, just buy Samsung 25W charger or Nothing 45w adapter, it is available around 1500-1700 during sales.

Can we use 30W charger from oppo ?

I would not suggest for long term use bro.
Oppo uses their own proprietary fast charging (Oppo, Realme, OnePlus all use same) 30W is 5V 6A charger which is different from PD, so use a regular charging adapter which charges slow charging for long term rather than this OPPO, I might be wrong..
Just check your Oppo charger, if it has out put 5V 2A, 5V 6A then it should be ok.
