I faced no restriction on loading any amount so far in Paytm wallet (full KYC) but wallet to bank is capped as per RBI at 2 lakhs per month so until next month, rest of the money remains in Paytm wallet.

For full kyc customers , you can add any amount but you can only get to bank 1 lakh per month
Also 50000 first time , then you will get a message limit is enhanced then you can go the other 50000

Well for me it allowed ₹2 lakh (see screenshot above). I dunno if it varies as per age of account or how you did KYC.

Anyway to get more than 1% CB using SBI CC?? Loading through Zomato|Dunzo|Uber|Swiggy is kind of hit or miss as sometimes it fetches 1% and sometimes nil
