Hi dimers,

I am looking for cheaper and alternative options of new battery for my Macbook Air which is showing “Battery Needs Service” notification and stopped getting charging. can anyone suggest a procedure to outcome this service message? should I need a battery replacement? if yes, pls suggest cheaper options. Also, are the non-branded adapters available on amazon good?

sorry not a Mac users.

But has this started coming in after any recent updates ?

whats battery strength cycle count?

i remember MS had bug in their windows 7 OS , which would saw somthing similiar.

around 800 odd charging cycles completed…and this issue arrived without any update
