Cheap and Best courier service to US?

Does anybody know what would be the cheap and best courier service to send documents (4-5 pages) to US? India Post charges Rs.200 for register post but it will take more than 15 days to deliver. I need the document to be reached in 7 days and most of the courier services (including India Post for air parcel) quoting ~Rs.2500
