What about jio, will I still receive otp if I stop recharging, if so, for how long?

Yes on Jio incoming call & otp never stops well there's no such time frame for many it worked for years while some received sim closure messages after few months sadly for some sim got closed too.
So it's advised to do some recharge once in while like 4-5 months should be fine I guess and do keep some balance there.
For Vi also otp never stops till now (but in some circle people are saying otherwise) but incoming does time to time but they keep on crediting free data and outgoing.

If OTP stops, just login on Aadhar website once linked to that number. OTPs will start again. Problem is with incoming calls mainly.

On vi?? For me they neved stop it's a secondary no. so I don't mind the incoming calls.
Never thought it will be hard to maintain 2 no. as have seen times when people used to keep literally handful of Sims 😝

True, to the 😔last line.
.
I think VI might have weird/ differential limits for plan validity versus SIM/number retention validity.
.
Cannot recollect for VI, as never used those numbers for main work.
.
But BSNL too lets OTPs be delivered in Grace Period 2.
(GP2 starts 8 days after outgoing expiry.)

Earlier i used to keep one sim only for all apps and everything but someone said keep my bank number as separate sim. So i got another as I anyways had a dual sim mobile. But then this UPI drama started by all apps so I had to give that number also everywhere. Now maintaining two and few old sim of others left with me, recharging those also once in a while.
Use Jio. Recharge it once in six months.
One jio number is lying idle in my house, OTP and incoming calls are coming without any issues. Last time recharged it in feb
1. jio
2. bsnl with rc 201 (90 days, 300 minutes, 6gb,99sms)
