Cheated by Brothers deal vendor and harrased by Snapdeal members
On 15th March
*RETURN DENIED DUE TO TAG ISSUE ,which was never there as I received the product
On 16th March
Team members told that return denied as otp not verified
on 17th March
TEAM MEMBER SCHEDULED return FOR 16TH March AND then removed from order at 7pm.
on 18th March return pickup scheduled for 18th March then after some time its shown that courier person was unable to contact customer so pickup unsuccessful .
Totally wastage of time to write mail @ helpdesk@snapdeal - as I got reply that we can't handle your case you can raise your concern @ whatsapp chat .
Dear consumers kindly let me know which one is professionally authentic Mail or what's app....Teach to Snapdeal team 😀....Very Bad experience of shopping @Snapdeal App
