Cheq showing others credit card details

Recently I started using Cheq for CC bill payment. Today I saw that they are showing some extra credit cards (not belonging to me) in their pay section. It was not like this before earlier. It is weird 😅. Is anyone else seen this issue before? How to resolve this?

Found it to be good. My payments never failed. Also this is why, I have developed trust. I am sure that even if payment fails they would refund and there's no risk. Have redeemed for amazon pay earlier and also bookmyshow vouchers recently.

Not talking in that regard. They significantly reduced reward rates after the launch. They are removing referral benefits. Also, there is no proper customer service.

can you please share what has been significantly reduced in rewards after launch? i thought they offered 1% cheq coins upto 4000 per month and earlier had Uber/BigBasket vouchers at 1:1 exchange rate wrt Cheq coins, so apart from the Uber/BB voucher not available now, anything reduced? Also they are giving 1.5% for Axis cards which is valid till Jun2023 which seems to be an increase after launch.. just asking as i started to check Cheq in last few days only so wanted to know what has been reduced in a month's time after its launch 😊

No useful GVs (except Croma) left to redeem with 1:1 conversion rate. Personally I don't find it useful because I have HDFC Platinum DC that give 1 reward point for CC bill payment.

that is fine and Cheq won't be required in your case if your CC bill is not more than 75k as your HDFC DC will give you 750 CB for <= 75k but my query was regarding what has been significantly reduced after launch like whether it was 2% cheq coins before and now 1% etc.. just asking to see if this is better than my current usage of postpe (I don't have HDFC bank account so Platinum DC out of the equation and CRED is pretty useless now)

When they started, there were allowing to redeem Amazon Pay GV with 1:1 conversion rate. Now it is reduced. So that's big downgrade for me.

Also, as i mentioner earlier, they are removing good gift cards (Uber, Bigbasket) that you can redeem against.

It might still be a good option if you have 75k+ CC bill to pay. But it is not best for me.
