Cibil is broken?

Just refreshed it from hdfc mycibil and my score is about 60 points down. All past history and accounts deleted except one Paytm postpaid. Even this is mentioned as closed on last year, but has payment history of this year.
All address and contact details also deleted except one. And there is ^B after every few letters in name and address. Some something got broken 😅.

My Experian score increased by 100 points last time decreased by 50 points don’t know y too much fluctuations
Lol i didn’t delete anything. There was some bug and everything got wiped out. Hopefully it will be back next month again.

Refreshed this month again. This time name and addresses are correct, but still don’t have any enquiry history, card details and payment history. Paytm postpoid is gone now. Just onecard is reported and cibil is increased by 10 points.
This issue is only with hdfc mycibil portal, as I had refreshed from wishing/onescore last month after this happened and it was fine.
see the account info in my cibil 
if IT dept checks my credit report then they will be raiding my house and will find chillars in black money 🤣🤣
i don’t know which credit card reported it so can’t dispute also
