cibil not updating for close paylater accounts

Hi dimers,
So here is the problem.
I have 2 icici credit cards but in cibil its showing 3, I guess one I icici paylater which I closed years ago. I contacted icici they said its closed and all but in cibil still showing active. What can I go about it?

Thats again kinda same case. The loan of axis is freecharge paylater which I closed few days ago got closure confirmation sms few days ago I guess it will be updated in cibil in few months but the idfc loan is flipkart paylater which again I closed years ago still shows active.

First take NOC from them and forward those to CIBIL.

Didn't ask for premium when I did.
When you generate CIBIL, there itself the option to report comes, or you can mail them through dispute resolution.

The paylater account closed in feb 2022 and idfc flipkart too in the time frame so its been a year still not updated. Been more than 3 months

Tell them NOC! It is a very important document for proof that you don't have any dues pending against it.

Mine Updated In Cibil, Closed In Feb 2022... Check Free Report Once A Year, In January 2023 New Report Gives Closed Date...
