Paylater of which app? Never obtained for any pay later
yus, I also got a new consumer loan of karur vyasya alert on my cibil but 0 is the number of active consumer loans in my cibil, just 2 credit cards.
I actually got rid of all the pay later services a few months ago, and will never apply for these services. I will refresh my cibil after 12 AM, if it reflects (hard enquiry or any loan)- I am going to raise a dispute.
I also faced this a few days ago
It’s Amazon Paylater
Amazon Pay has partnered with Capital Float and The Karur Vysya Bank(KVB) to design and enable ‘Amazon Pay Later’ service

I also closed Amazon pay later months ago but a new KVB consumer loan was added to my CIBIL two days ago. Have mailed capfloat cc about it.

Those are just lending partners bro, whoever offers a better t&c to amazon can provide such services to Amazon’s customers.
Anyways, if you have not applied and do not want it. Raise a dispute asap to get rid of that.
It’s not amazon pay later definitely. I also saw this in cibil today and disputed it.

Was going thru FAQs on Amazon.. Only Capital Float and IDFC are lending partners on Amazon…
Tmmr will call customer care and will close account immediately..
Same here
I saw the same entry and reached out to Amazon regarding that. The phone support agent assured that a ticket was raised and if it is something to do from their end, it would be taken care of in four days.
I have also raised this issue on Twitter tagging Karur Vysya and Capital Float.
https://twitter.com/gischethans/status/14623165...
Capital float executive confirmed that Karur Vysya is co-lending partner and they are aware of many customers facing the same issue.
Within 10 days issue will be resolved (entry will be removed from the Cibil report). It takes around 45 days to update the same in Cibil report.

My amazon paylater is financed by capital float & karur Vysya but in CIBIL it show two capital float each 2000 while my I am given 10K amazon paylater limit. I would have closed amazon paylater service but I don’t because it sometime offer cashbacks on using amazon paylater.

Same offers will be provided for upi also once you close paylater.
Aditya Birla is Ola Postpaid, write a mail to them if you want to close it.

Last week, Capital float customer support executive told me that they will close and remove the loan entry from cibil.
Today other executive told me that loan account was closed but the entry can’t be removed from cibil. Then I spoke to supervisor, he told me that he can’t guarantee but need few days to coordinate with Karur Vysya about loan entry removal from cibil.
I have also contacted Karur Vysya customer support, they simply asked me to send the latest Cibil report through email (Still I didn’t send them). @chai_lover
Karur Vysya Bank loan showing in cibil report is related to Amazon Pay Later. I called to Amazon then they told me to call at Capital Float Customer Service because Capital Float is managing Amazon Pay Later. After calling to Capital Float they taken a request to close Capital Float and Karur Bank account.
Call at Capital Float Customer Service:
Contact details: Email at [email protected] or Call at 080-68075001

and request to close this account.

Capfloat guys messed up. They increased limit of all paylater users (even those who already closed their paylater account) via a new loan from KVB.

did you get the KVB entry removed?
mango-man wrote:did you get the KVB entry removed?
No, it’s still active. Karur Vysya customer support executive told me that by January end the loan account closure will be updated in CIBIL.
Also told me that the loan entry can’t removed since they had 80% share in the approved limit, they had to report. And they will update the loan closing date and other dates same as Capital float reported.
