CIBIL Report - Best Date to Fetch Report

I check CIBIL report monthly through OneScore.
Which date can be considered the best date to check CIBIL report on a monthly basis so that one can get the updated score (updated in the sense all credit institutions have reported to CIBIL by that time) ?
I generally check on 2nd of every month.

Ideally most banks report credit utilisation of the cards at the end of the month so 2nd is a good day to get score.. however some banks(like sbi) report credit utilisation on the statement date

CIBIL is once a year free
RBL CIBIL is once in 3 months free
Rest are monthly once free
HDFC one has stopped working though
