Citi is pleased to extend moratorium on your credit card dues, and/or EMI, till 31st May 2020 as per the RBI’s guidelines. If you are not able to make payments during this period, there will be no late fees, no return charges, nor delinquency reporting. This benefit is applicable for cards in good standing as of March, 2020 (i.e. no default in repayment of prior dues). However, interest will accrue as earlier and we recommend you to continue to make payments, as per convenience, to reduce the interest charges. FAQs at https://citi.asia/Morator...AQ . Stay Safe.

Everyone becareful…
I will clear all my credit card dues.
If necessary I will use some of the savings like fixed deposit to clear all loans and dues.
In general, credit card interest will be more that 2% per month. Be careful.
dont opt for it at all .. dont opt.. interest is huge.. its equal to suicide
That’s how they make money
I settled 20k credit card bill then I received this message from Citi. No regrets after reading full message.
So as almost every bank does, notice by RBI, but you needed to pay interest later. beware
