Citi credit card(~1lakh limit) is my oldest card, also holding the Airtel axis card (85k limit).

Should I increase the limit? Any side effects?

@curiosityfreak2020980 ... always take the credit limit increase offer, unless :

- the credit limit increase is very marginal, like increase in single digit (percentage-wise) because if that's the case, you may get the credit limit increase in the next phase and maybe a better one

- you're someone who'll tempted to spend in case credit limit increases but if that's the case, you're just not the person for credit cards at all (don't take it personally, used this scenario just to explain)

Hope it helps! 😇

I have a cumulative credit limit of more than 10l, don't spend until unless necessary or have that money in account to pay.

Yeah, many miss this point, thanks for the advice 😁☺️
