Is there any possibility to upgrade from existing citi card to better axis card ? During their migration😊

My card got dispatched today.
Had a call with CC, it's mentioned that it would have same TnC, but read in other threads it would 2lac to waive annual fees. It is the upgrade we are getting

But in cashback card, we can't redeem any points for products, cashback amount is credited in next month statement, but in citi cashback , we receive credit for cashback till it's RS.500. In axis, their procedure of cash credit is different.😌
