Citibank leaving India still renewing cards?

We all know Citibank will move out of India in upcoming months/year.
However, just now got both my card renewed till 2026. I thought they won’t renew old cards but they automatically did. Will they really carry business here in India till 2026?
The new cards are replacement from Visa to Mastercard. Here’s how it looks. 😂

Anynspecific benefit with cotibank cards beside fuel?
Till August, Citibank is giving 14X reward points for transactions on FK, Amazon, Myntra etc. These offers can be double dipped for some decent savings on the rewards card.
One of my friend who has Citi card which was unused for months. Recently he went on shopping spree with it (about 1lakh worth of junks)
I asked him why and he says Citi bank left india so spending every penny before they shut down cards so he wouldn’t have to repay

Citi will move out but their card business is being acquired by some bank , so there will be no disruption
