Citibank Not Crediting Points for Paytm Wallet Load

For last 2 statement cycles (Feb and Mar 22), Citibank has not been crediting points for 4k Paytm Wallet load. When I chatted with CS today she said these are considered Utility payments as that’s the MCC code for Paytm. I received points in Jan 22 so this change is recent.
Has anyone else observed this for Citibank? Is it limited to Citi Premiermiles only?

I also did not get any points for CC wallet load on Paytm via Citi

I use Paytm First Citibank CC for 4k wallet load in Paytm and I get 1% cashback usually and for once I got 3% cashback.
