Cleartrip HSBC offer not worling.

This coupon says invalid coupon CTHSBC2021 . I asked cleartrip on twitter, they replied, you 1st book and give us Booking ID, if you are eligible we will refund. I mean how nonsense. Can you help me on twitter to pressurize them, either to remove the offer from site or make this offer valid. because its misleading.

@ShopKida i would have suggested to do that way 3-4 year ago. There was some issue with giftcard redemption. Customer care acknowledged the issue and asked me to book a ticket with other payment mode instead of waiting for the fix. They will adjust the giftcard amount manually. They adjusted the amount from giftcard and initiated the refund. But with the current Cleartrip customer care, I would not advised to do this.
