Computer UPS 600VA battery price

A 600VA UPS costs approximately INR 2000. However my UPS battery needs to be replaced. Replacement is quite easy and I can do it on my own. I wanted to know the approx price of a new 600VA battery. My current model is Luminous UNO 600. Local battery shop is asking for INR 1000 for a exide UPS battery.

Close to 1000 .
Also I feel UPS are waste unless you still rubbing desktop .. ( Maxx backup would be 1/2 hr which get reduced to 5 min over 6-12 months)..
