Constant Bill Payment Failure Issue with RuPay Platinum Debit card Amazon Pay Offer

Hello Fellow Dimers,
I am looking for advice/solution/insight on the subject issue i have been facing since last month.
I have RuPay Platinum Debit cards from Jio Finance Bank and Suryoday Small Finance Bank.
On Fridays whenever i try to utilize the Amazon Pay RuPay Platinum offer of 20 % discount on bill payment (postpaid, prepaid, LPG, DTH), my payment goes through, money gets debited from account but the bill goes under "pending" status. After few hours it shows bill payment failure and then Amazon issues refund after 2-3 days. I am doing personal bills only...not using it for commercial.
I have tried to remove saved cards, I have tried payment without saving the cards, with saving the cards, I have also tried doing payment from alternate Amazon account. But every time the same issue.
Does anyone else have faced this? and if yes has anyone found what is the cause and any solution for this?

Have you ever made a successful transaction using these cards? What time do you try to pay the bills? Generally this issue occurs when you try to pay a bill after 10 PM, but in my case, the refund never took 2-3 days, it gets refunded within 4-5 hours. Enter an incorrect OTP on the payment page the first time, and then try again with a valid OTP.
Cards are set for all domestic transactions
to full limit...no issues there..have used the Suryoday card since last 2
years....and jio card also worked when it was launched...but now not
working...i have tried at almost all times during the day...till 9 pm....i am starting to think its something to do with my account
....
Jio not working for me to, maybe some issues going on.
Any fix ?
Edit - try paying from another account.
Payment not going through from same account on which today same offer is already used.
Same happened with Icici 2nd debit card
Any transaction limit set in Bank accounts ? Check that, if it's there increase it.
