If you have received free Google Play credits from Play Store to be used against minimum purchase on apps, you can convert those credits into cash via CoinFactory app. For example, many users have received 60rs play store credits (check in play store notification and claim it if received) but there is usually a condition that the play store credit can only be used for purchases greater than the credit amount. Cash is usually processed after 24 hours to prevent fraud (the user can ask for refund and cancel redemption*(until processed) if desired, in this period, by sending mail via app) . Cash is deposited in the payment address that you entered in the app via upi for first 50 redemption request daily. Rest of the request are processed via paytm. For any other issues like failed deposit or wrong payment address, they will contact you on communication address you entered.

No, This is not fraud. The app developer is reachable via email and phone as well. Many users have already received their cash deposit. Don’t discredit someone just because of you have had bad experience with someone else.

Nice app, but there’s no option to login. That’s a problem because, let’s say I converted some amount and didn’t redeem them for cash yet, I mistakenly deleted the app. Now I’ll have no access to my available amount back.

If you didn’t redeem cash, your coin will still be saved since the coins are linked to your Google account and is synchronized., so upon reinstallation, your coins will be restored as long as it is not redeemed, Coins are safe.

I have some 500 Rs. in my Google play account and need Amazon GV in exchange but 50% commission sounds too much.

If you spend 500rs, you’ll get 280 coins pack which sums upto 44% commission and out of 44%, 30% commission is taken by google, so the developer is getting 14%, under which the developer has to assume tax deduction liabilities as well.
Also, google issues payment to developer in the next month after 15th for current month sales, but the developer pays users within 48 hours usually. So, until then, the developer has to pay the users out of his own pocket. Considering all these factors, the commission structure is reasonable..
