Convert HDFC Millennia Diners CC to RuPay/VISA

HDFC has just issued me an LTF Millennia CC in Diners Club variant. How to convert it to RuPay or VISA? Offline acceptance of Diners Club cards is almost non-existent in my (tier 3) city

if Millennia is not your primary card for offline spends then I would suggest you to keep diners variant, Diners variant has better airport lounge coverage compared to Rupay/Visa and would be definitely helpful when ever you fly.

Diners will be considered as a premium card over others for lounge access.

Diners covers 35 lounges over India where as Millennia's visa/rupay covers just 12.
