Amazon.com gc are only valid for shopping on amazon usa, cannot be used to pay bills etc.
nothing can be done. just buy stuffs on Amazon.com which can be shipped to India. Shipping charges can be high, but no other way.
Or sell the amazon.com agc at a discount if not redeemed already.
What will be the selling fee? I got an offer from reddit but I am newbie there so no one is trusting me and asking for voucher first.

Sell amazon GV to US person in some discounted price & tell him/her pay money via PayPal. But it is very risky trading online, but you have no other option except selling it to someone.
