Just fucking clean your hands with soap or liquid handwash upon returning from outside, use sanitiser when outside, and wear a bloody mask. Nobody is making you chu…a if you follow all these, it’s not by following these simple protocols you are making yourself one.

I too think that when people are saying that they got infected even after following safety precautions/protocols religiously, they are not telling the entire story. They is no denial that they must have followed the safety precautions/protocols, but at some point there must have been some carelessness, unintentional lax, accidental miss, taking shortcuts, etc. even if that was for a very short period of time.
Mask and regular hand washing are the most important I think.
