cost of chest CT scan ?

Hasn’t the govt capped the CT prices for covid check to 2500?

For us in Andhra Pradesh, govn capped at 3000 and results has to be posted at our govn website.

Health services is always at top of corrupt industry/Profession.

If some doctor will advise medicine worth Rs10, then I won’t prefer that doctor. So good doctors are still there but we all promot the corrupt medical nexus. hence, good doctors are not able to establish with required infrastructure

Paid 6500 for HRCT 10 days ago , since a person is covid +ve they can add extra sanitization charges etc .

Govt should definitely regularize these charges. Thats the difference between past Govt and this Achche din Godi Govt. Everybody have to become AATMNIRBHAR, because Govt wont do anything.

I had like 3 done and cost in private hospitals were like 7500 for the cheapest to 11000 for aster and CMC.. Not only that but it also depends how much they scan, usually they scan the bare min so they can scan again o had to pay double for upper thorax after they did lower.. So always make sure you pay a little more and do a full thorax and chest just in case as the cost is only like 2000 more and its safer in case you have complications..

Caps are there in some states. HRCT price is 3K for covid positive patients in many states.

In Bihar (Spectrum) they charged 4000 for HRCT CHEST

In uttarakhand the RTPCR test is for Rs.500 at centre and Rs.900 for home collection nowdays. Earlier I paid Rs.700 for home collection.

In rajasthan it is around 2k for HRCT scan.

Brother did HR CT in 5k. A few months ago, it was available for 2.5k in same place
