Covid 19 report help

Hello dimers,
I have flight from delhi to Mumbai on 25- November, but today Maharashtra govt said that people coming from Delhi requires covid -19 negative report.
But i am actually from Uttarakhand and travelling by bus to delhi and then to airport.
Will i need covid -19 report?
Anyone has experienced regarding this?

PS: In some Suburban Diagnostics centers, Diners Club CC doesn’t work.
How much time RT PCT test take to generate reportm
The ones doing in Mumbai provide you with the report in 8hrs-10hrs.
Am currently in Uttarakhand, when asked here they said 2-3 days

Atleast they should have given 72 Hours for this order to come in affect
Cost of test at airport is 5000 and cost of my ticket is 2500 
That has been mandated by the government.
It used to be 4k, then 2600, then 1600. Now it is at 1400.
That is rate at labs i guess, but at airport it’s 5000
Tomorrow is also national holiday, so not possible to get test done tomorrow 🤦🏻♂️

Don’t know where they will do test
Keep your bus ticket with yourself as a proof that you are not coming from delhi. You may get lucky
But RAT test can’t be trusted , they should be banned all together .
Get yourself tested bro. MH goberment hai kahi jail mein hi na daal de.
BTW a friend went to Vaishno Devi with family. They also asked for a report before letting them in for Darshan and all. There was some other family who arranged for their reports in a pdf by taking Rs. 500 for each member. Such is the level of corruption here.
That is the “aapda me avsar” prevalent everywhere in the whole country. The Southern states might be a little better.

Important Note:
All domestic passengers arriving from Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Goa shall carry RT-PCR negative test report with them before boarding and show it to the teams at the Mumbai airport. Passengers not having the RT-PCR test reports shall compulsorily undergo RT-PCR test at the Mumbai airport, at their own cost. Only after undertaking the test, the passengers will be allowed to enter the city.
