COVID Report not given even after 60 hrs

I have booked RT-PCR for my sister through 1Mg lab was Metropolis sample was collected on 7 April at 9 am still waiting for the report they saying it takes upto 72 hrs contacted both no one ready to help in fact Metropolis lab saying they don’t have any testing info in their system

Due to high load / testing, reports are taking more time than earlier, however, 60+ hours are not acceptable.

Weren’t you given with any receipt(saying sample I’d, registration ID..etc) after payment and sample collection?
