Cred and Citibank Debit card - number of transaction per 5 minutes

I am planning to use Citibank debit card to pay CC bills using Cred App.
Citibank back-end has very good tools to find out the frauds and decline the transactions.
When I use my Citi CC for same online vendor (like IRCTC or Amazon) multiple times with in couple of minutes, the third transaction gets declined.
Is there any such issue with Cred App too?
I mean, If I pay Cred bill using Citi debit card multiple times with in couple of minutes , will the third transaction gets declined from Citi DB card side?

Don’t do same amount transaction… Do it like 2000, 2005 and so on… I don’t think they will block..
I do 1001, 1002, 1003 like that. Axis did not decline.
Citi might block, I guess. I will try this month.
your 6th transaction gets blocked and gets reset the next day

The rewards points are not great, but I only have this Citi DB and Axis DB, hence forced to use Citi DB. Axis doesn’t give any rewards points for MAB 10k saving accounts with classic DB.
CRED never blocks – bank may – SBI does not care as long as daily debit card limit is not hit. I have done straight 2000×25 txns

Yes, for SBI debit card on 5th transaction will decline, in my case that happens.
