My friend took 71k loan for 6 months but pre closed this week, no extra charge
But keep in mind when taking loan there is some bank charge

Interest rate is really good

took PL from icici at 10.5%, no foreclosing fess, but foreclosing allowed only after 1 year of repayment.

Its good.. and limit gets unlocked while you pay. For example, if you have taken 5lakh and paid 50% outstanding, you can take 50% again in case you required
