CRED Mark CC Payments as Paid Outside Not Available

Hey folks,

Earlier we get an option to mark a due payment as paid outside 2 days before due date. Same way, we can mark a overdue as paid too. But after the recent update, I don’t see that option. Anyone else facing the same issue?

Note: Sometimes I miss credit messages due to network issues.

Same, it creates confusion and is also irritating with regular whatsapp and cred notification to pay the due.

My Axis Ace due date is tomorrow and I have already paid the bill. Can’t mark it as paid like it used to be earlier

It (mark as paid) was there few days ago when they changed the whole ui.
Not now i think, my standard chartered still shows pending dues which creates confusion smirk

Enable Reminder And Pay The Bill

Ignore CRED 😄

It didn’t use to work properly earlier also for me, as it relies on sms/emails and sometimes it doesn’t detect properly. Haven’t noticed any difference from the update though.

The sms auto-fetch feature works as intended but they removed the manual marking of a due as paid which was there earlier. It pops up exactly 2 days before due date and stay until the next statement generation.

Honestly, the new UX/UI looks completely crap to me… Too many things cluttered and the color contrast is pretty bad; still somehow managing with it, since I have a bunch of CCs and this is the only app I am aware of so far that can track all the CCs bill via email statements.

Same here. Managing half a dozen cards itself is cumbersome without a tracking app like Cred.

Maybe it’s shown for Android phone based sms received. But in ios, it doesn’t show since no sms read permission.

Benevolent Benevolent

Yea. This feature is only for Android. As in iOS they cannot get permission to read SMS

Same problem here, Let me know if someone figures a solution out

For CC bills paid outside of Cred, earlier we were able to mark it as PAID 2 days prior from bill due date.

But now on newer UI interface, I’m unable to find that option.

If anyone knows about it, please guide, thanks!

In iOS, there’s no way to mark CC bill as paid manually (2 days prior from due date), that’s the conclusion, right?

As of now, yes ☹️

Cred never put this feature in iOS, one thing cred devs at android did good.

Nagging messages are so bothersome, that I had to change my settings so that cred delivers their notifications quietly.

Cred had this feature in iOS. Only the sms fetching feature was not present due to restrictions.

Fully Updated app, but this option is not showing for a card I want to manually mark as paid.

@IamRage Where/what steps makes you show the option?

It was coming for the cards which were in due, the same way it shows the amount paid outside of cred it will show another option to mark it as  paid.  It might come only for cards which are in due may b

Yes, I can see now. Updated app again and visible. But not through the menu as @Seinfeld showed, no such entry. But "already paid this bill?" link under the particular card. Thanks @prem4998 @IamRage @Seinfeld

Even I am not able to see any such option, be it already paid this bill or mark bill as paid and all... The card's due in 2 days, already paid it outside via other channel, now want to mark it as paid in cred (don't like the red color XD)

@prem4998 Last time it was 5 days after due for me, things change with app updates as usual, good that it is faster now.
