Did u activated offer by burning 1K coins right so after successful txn check cred reward tab there will be vi unlocked coupon so again burn 1K coins then only u will get cb

EVEN,LAST TIME SAME HAPPENED WITH ME!

But,we need to activate it by going into that Vi Offer on Cred and do that from there,then only we get 80 or 100 CB

Why I don’t have this offer

same happened with me last month..got only 15rs whereas offer was 40 % upto 80

Raise ticket. They will credit the cashback.
