You may have already checked but have you enabled tap to pay for that particular card. Does it work if you use card directly?

Hello bro! My tap to pay transaction was successful but didn't receive any cashback. After reaching out to cred customer support they told me to send payment screen recording (who would do that 
) So after recording my payment process for the second time I sent it to them. There were multiple follow-ups and call backs from their team. Finally after waiting for nearly a week, they added the cashback.
