Talked to CC .. they are saying it is invalid merchant.. it worked for me 2 days ago .. raised a complaint..

Do one thing, Change your debit card pin… It might work again.

Not working for me too. Raised a complaint. CC Executive first asked to cancel the debit card and request for new one which I denied. Then they took a request to look in to it and said will update in 3 working days,

It seems i figured this out.. we are getting different merchants depending upon amount.. for amount <=2k it is cred and for >2k it is either “dreamplug technologies” or “cred club Bangalore”. For amount <2k it is going through . Yayy

You are absolutely right. Transactions up to 2000 are going through as the merchant is CRED. For transactions above 2000, merchant is Cred Club Bangalore and Dreamplug Technologies and transactions are failing for those.

But paying in 2000 is huge PITA.
