I want small help In my Axis Ace Card statement Credit Balance Charges debited of 5897 rupees, what is the actual meaning of CREDIT BALANCE REFUND.

Yes this is I know, but the main problem is iam not paid any extra amount in my card, and I didn't requested, and the amount of 5897 is not showing in my saving account also, why axis Bank Deducted my 5897 amount in the name of Credit Balance Charges..
