Cred is one of the most rewarding apps. All of the apps above mentioned I suppose carry equal level of security as they are all compliant of banking regulations.

I will recommend you to pay bill with bank own app or use NEFT (most bank accept NEFT as card bill payment mode) and it gets credited within 1 working day (most of the time on same day)
Note: I am paying ICICI bill with iMobile app and HDFC bill thru NEFT (via ICICI bank). Payment is being credited same day.
