Credit card bills postponed?

My ICICI card’s billing date was 9th april but i didn’t receive anything, net banking also doesn’t show any thing. This was supposed to be my first bill and I have an outstanding of 5% which I’m maintaining to have it reported to credit rating agencies. So should I wait for the bill or pay it off, anyone else facing similar issue?

It will generating lately. For my IndusInd card, generation date was 4th but I got Email/SMS on 9th Apr. So wait for 1/2 days..

My bill of Amazon Icici pay CC is generated on time and even rewards are credited. Same with all other cards
Just pay off(its ur 1stbill) instead of keep checking or waiting for the bill to generate.
From 2nd bill u know the exact bill generation date so no worries

I hold 3 different accounts of credit cards from ICICI Bank, 1 Amazon pay and 2 normal visa cards. In march bill generated for Amazon pay ICICI and not generated for remaining 2 accounts(credit cards). Also confirmed with customer care that bill not generated due to ongoing issue and no need to worry about making payments in April, so no need to worry if you have ICICI credit card except co-branded like Amazon pay.
There is no need to worry about payments, but later those payments would be with 3% interest
I got sms that
Dear Customer, we have accepted your request for moratorium on your Credit Card XXXXXXXX – with ICICI Bank. You do not need to make any payments, now onwards and until May 31, 2020 for this card; however interest will continue to accrue. No late payment charges will be levied during this period, however if you wish, you may make part or full payments against your outstanding any time during the moratorium. Thanks, ICICI Bank
Without applying for moratorium.
Also i got seperate SMS for each card and also for debit card emi transaction
pay whatever outstanding +100 extra to ensure no interest is charged right now
or
regret later
Please pay all dues on time
Bank will not waive off interest

Hope above message is clear, for Credit cards we need to opt in else it will be considered as to be paid in regular time.

yes, paid the bill. Seems ICICI has opted me into moratorium without any consent.
ICICI has not generated the statement for my Amazon Pay card. It gets generated on 18 or by 19th. How to check if I’m auto enrolled for moratorium.
