I own IndusInd Bank Aura Edge credit card (Mastercard Platinum) which is LTF with a limit of 4,40,000/-.
Today, I got a SMS from IndusInd Bank:
Dear Cardholder, you are eligible for a complimentary upgrade to IndusInd Bank Legend Credit Card on your Card ending XXXX with an increased Credit Limit of Rs. 550000. Click <Link1> to know more about the features of the Legend Credit Card. To avail, click <Link2>. Valid till 28-Feb-2023. T&C apply - IndusInd Bank
I clicked first on Link1 and then on Link2 just to check joining fee and annual charges. After clicking on Link2, I got the screen "Thank you for choosing to upgrade your CC and increasing the credit limit. You will receive the new card soon.
I am not interested if this card has any joining/annual fee.
I called them to cancel this upgrade but there is no executive even after waiting for 30 minutes.
What are my options now?

It is complimentary upgrade bro. I also upgraded from aura edge to legen in same way. The Legend card will be LTF.

Since you've availed of the offer, just send an email to reachus @indusind .com and get a confirmation regarding joining and annual fees on the new card.

Same issue happened with me. Got an upgrade from Urbane to Indigo 6E, clicked on it to check what's that. Entered OTP (nahi karna tha), boom, upgraded.
Yesterday Customer care on call said it would be cancelled . Today i received the dispatched notification from BlueDart.
What did you do at that time and what would you suggest me to do?

ask for easydiner card LTF instead , it has more benefit then legend card

But it doesn't have zero MAB Indus Select savings account, so for me personally Indusind Legend LTF credit card is better.
I don't think they will issue two LTF cards alongside.

Indusind upgrade their card this way only.. i was having legend card and received a similar email for upgrade to eazydiner.. i clicked on that and forgot what was written on the next page... Closed the browser..
A week later I received eazydiner card and wasn't know what's happening.. so I contacted CC.. they told me all this email thing..

Don't think too much about monthly txns, card upgrade is not offered simply on that basis. Card limit is more reliable factor as many banks system automatically trigger a card upgrade offer if existing card limit exceeds certain amount.

I got an email about the card upgrade from IndusInd Aura Edge to Legend but it has a one-time joining fee of 10k and they're giving merchant vouchers of approximately 10k. I'm not going for the upgrade since there is no use of Legend CC after the devaluation and many cards are already better than this. If they can provide me Eazydiner CC LTF then would take it happily.

Did you get SMS also? If yes, was it mentioned in the SMS about joining fee of 10k. I didn't get any email just got SMS mentioned in the first post.

I got indusind aura edge credit card and got it closed within 3 days of issue thinking its a waste card but that time i forgot that some day there will be upgrade offer on this too. 
Now will have to apply again via bank bazar LTF.
