Credit card VKYC failure due to Pan card image not in focus

I tried everything by providing extra lights. But after 5 vkyc attempts still no clue. How to solve this.
Agent says have to do it from a non samsung device.
Applying for bajaj yes bank co branded credit card.

Samsung phone has never worked for me for VKYC. The image is always blurred and we cannot focus. Use another mobile. No other way.
And i was thinking that having multiple rear cameras wins every shoot 
still hoping that some dimer has the solution for this problem without changing mobile device.
Yes bank says only chrome is allowed, last time used samsung browser for one of vkyc but that was also a tuff clearance, almost was failed.
Same happened to me one time but struggling almost 10mins placing pan card in different places last I placed my pan card on wall after some secs it's captired
i tried on black, white background, on wall, window everywhere. Even agent told me to use front camera. But still no luck. There is a pro mode in camera where we can disable auto focus. But its not available in vkyc
Ohh, so this was the reason I was not able to do vkyc from Samsung m21 for Axis, I was not getting any voice from agent.
Later I did from another mobile and it was ok.
you have all bad choices
1. samsung phone have battery blast issue -every single one of them from basic to smart
2.bajaj and yes bank are both poison sinking ship
its the god almighty and your good luck saving u from disppaointment later
Was informed by HDFC executive that Samsung does not work while doing eKyc for Neu card. Was able to do it with Realme in 5 mins with my Mom's mobile.
put a white paper on flat surface (table) then put PAN at the center of the paper and try. alternate, try using laptop or tablet.

I have successfully completed many vkyc with Samsung phone only. Yes that's TRUE in high megapixel multiple camera isn't working with chrome for vkyc.
Method:- In video call turn on flash light chage Horizontal to vertical. If it's vertical change to Horizontal. Move your phone from distance to near and hold your phone once image is clear on video call.
But I'm doing with realme it's blurry but with samsung it's done easily
Try taking video kyc with Mobile instead of laptop if you are.
