My regalia is due for expiry on 10/22, when they send new card would it be same or do they usually offer an upgrade?

If you take it, the next hike will be atleast 6 months away. So decide if the limit would change anything for you, if it does take it.
On a side note if it is the MC SBI, you should take even if they give 1000 because they won’t be giving it again anytime soon or on request

Did you guys got email or direct available in netbanking? Even with new app update hdfc is pain in the a**. Have to login in netbanking and check.

I had a bad experience with this. My card was due for renewal, and despite confirming with HDFC that the same card would be reissued, they foisted an unwelcome Millennia card down my throat. I have complained, but I can almost guarantee the bland, boilerplate response I’m going to get.

I hope not. Just make sure you contact them and confirm. HDFC will send messages and email messages 2 months before expiry, advising you of the process. Call up CC and get it confirmed that it’ll be the same card. Though that didn’t change anything for me eventually, it gave me enough grounds to increase the scope of my complaint, wrong card AND false information / commitment.

Yep Hdfc does this frequently
Best way is to block the card 3 months before expiry and re issue a new card from NB
